Top Deals of 2010: Attorneys Spotlighted
Nineteen partners and 13 associates from various offices were mentioned in the August 19-25 Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “ The Dealmakers” section. This section, a special edition of the Chronicle’s Law and Accounting coverage, featured the top deals of 2010 of Atlanta’s leading law and accounting firms.
To produce the special section, the Chronicle surveyed Atlanta’s Top 25 Law Firms and Top 25 Accounting Firms, according to its annual Book of Lists, collected their submissions and ranked the deals according to dollar amount.
Deals listed for Troutman Sanders ranged from $2 billion to $105 million, and involved the companies of Beazer Homes USA; Cumberland Resources; Deltacom; EarthLink, Inc.; EasyLink Services; International Corp.; Georgia Power Co.; Massey Energy Co., nTelos; One Communications Corp.; and Southern Company.
