Jon is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate practice. He focuses his practice on the representation of public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings. He also advises on corporate governance, general corporate law, and soft intellectual property issues.

• Represented a publicly held packaging company in an $11 million acquisition of pharmaceutical re-packaging business.
• Represented a telecommunications company in a $30 million divestiture of wireless business.
• Represented an aerospace company in a $7.5 million acquisition of aircraft business.
• Advised a biotech company in a $13 million preferred stock financing with various private equity investors.
• Represented a private equity fund in a $15.5 million acquisition of footwear and apparel company.
• Advised an information technology company in a $1 million acquisition of software business.
• Served as underwriter’s counsel in a public securities offering of $1.2 billion in senior notes by a large energy generator, transporter, and retailer.
• Represented an information technology company in a $3 million private placement of common stock and a $2.5 million private placement of warrants and convertible notes.
