Troutman Pepper Advises FVCBankcorp, Inc. in All-Stock Merger with Blue Ridge Bankshares, Inc.

RICHMOND, Va. – Troutman Pepper client FVCBankcorp, Inc. recently announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Blue Ridge Bankshares, Inc. pursuant to which the companies will combine in an all-stock merger of equals.
