Troutman Pepper Advises HMP Global in Acquisition of Neuroscience Education Institute

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Troutman Pepper client HMP Global, a leading omnichannel healthcare education and events company, has entered into an agreement to acquire Neuroscience Education Institute (NEI), a privately held medical education company and distinguished leader in psychopharmacology-based CNS (Central Nervous System) education. The agreement will further expand HMP Global’s presence throughout the psychiatry and behavioral health market, advancing clinician education and fostering enhancements in the quality of mental health care both within the United States and on a global scale.

Under the terms of the agreement, NEI will become a fully owned subsidiary of HMP Global and operate as an independent entity as part of the HMP Global family of companies. HMP Global is a portfolio company of Susquehanna Growth Equity.
