Raffaele devotes his corporate practice primarily to strategic and investment mergers and acquisitions in the private equity sector. He represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies across a wide range of industries, including software and technology, life sciences, financial services, education, consulting, and manufacturing. In addition to his mergers and acquisitions practice, Raffaele advises clients on general corporate governance matters.

As part of the firm’s Italian Desk, Raffaele advises and guides Italian clients through the complexities and issues arising from cross-border transactions, including those posed by the application of U.S. law and regulatory frameworks.
