Troutman Pepper Advises Littlejohn & Co. in Acquisition of Pritchard Industries

PHILADELPHIA – Troutman Pepper client Littlejohn & Co., a private investment firm based in Greenwich, CT, has acquired Pritchard Industries, a leading provider of essential janitorial, engineering, exterior and specialty services. Read a company press release about the deal.

This is the second platform acquisition completed by Littlejohn in 2021 in which Troutman Pepper served as its counsel. Additionally, a Troutman Pepper team led by James Epstein and Dan McDonough represented Littlejohn in the recently completed sale of its portfolio company, HydroChemPSC, to Clean Harbors, Inc. for $1.25 billion.
