Troutman Pepper Advises National Developer WinnCompanies in $63M Multifamily Apartment Project

PRINCETON, N.J. – Troutman Pepper client WinnCompanies, an award-winning national developer and manager of affordable, mixed-income, and market rate apartment communities, recently announced it has begun construction on a $63 million, 125-unit luxury apartment community in Princeton, N.J. The developer also will soon commence work on an adjacent, new 1.46-acre public neighborhood park with a playground, public seating areas, and a dog park.

Troutman Pepper’s Thomas Letizia and Susan Ferrara advised WinnCompanies in connection with the project, assisting in obtaining land use approvals and redevelopment designation and in negotiation of redevelopment and financial (PILOT) agreements with the municipality.
