Troutman Pepper Advises Palvella Therapeutics in Series D Financing

BERWYN, Pa. – Troutman Pepper client Palvella Therapeutics, Inc., a late clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, recently announced the initial closing of its Series D financing of up to $37.7 million. The financing was led by Petrichor and included new investor Gore Range Capital. Palvella Therapeutics’ vision is to become the leading rare disease company focused on developing and commercializing novel therapies to treat patients suffering from serious, rare genetic skin diseases in indications for which there are no FDA-approved therapies. Proceeds from the financing will be used to advance the development of Palvella’s lead product candidate QTORIN™ rapamycin to treat individuals suffering from Pachyonychia Congenita, Microcystic Lymphatic Malformations, and Gorlin Syndrome.
