Roe A. Granger

Roe is an associate in the firm’s Health Care + Life Sciences Transactional group, advising clients on a wide range of matters such as mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and early-stage formations and strategies. In addition to his transaction-based practice, Roe also serves as outside general counsel to emerging companies in the life sciences and technology spaces, regularly providing advice on corporate governance matters, strategic and commercial issues, and the evolving legal needs that emerge as businesses grow and change.

• Represented AMETEK, Inc. (NYSE: AME) in its acquisition of FARO Technologies, a global leader in 3D measurement and imaging solutions, in a transaction valued at approximately $920 million.
• Represented CortiCare, Inc., a telehealth and neurodiagnostic company that provides real-time electroencephalogram (EEG) brain monitoring services, in its acquisition of Integris Neuro LLC, a specialized provider of long-term video ambulatory EEG monitoring services and remote neurodiagnostic solutions designed for neurology practices and hospitals.
• Advised DataBahn, Inc., creator of a security-native data pipeline platform built for modern enterprise workloads, in raising its $17 million Series A financing round.
• Represented Palvella Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: PVLA), a clinical-stage rare disease biopharmaceutical company, in the completion of its reverse merger with Pieris Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and concurrent $78.9 million private placement.
• Advised Center for Breakthrough Medicines Holdings, LLC (CBM) in receiving $350 million in equity financing from an affiliate of SK Inc., the second largest conglomerate in South Korea.
