ATLANTA – Troutman Pepper advised First Century Bancorp, the parent company of First Century Bank, N.A., in its definitive agreement to be acquired by First Internet Bancorp (Nasdaq: INBK), the parent company of First Internet Bank. Read a company press release about the planned transaction.

First Century Bancorp was founded in 2002 and is a technology-driven bank holding company headquartered in Roswell, Georgia. Its subsidiary, First Internet Bank, provides consumer and small business deposit, SBA financing, residential mortgage loans, consumer loans, and specialty finance services nationally as well as commercial real estate loans, construction loans, commercial and industrial loans, and treasury management services on a regional basis.
