Troutman Pepper Locke Adds Real Estate Partner Dan Monger in Boston

BOSTON – Dan Monger has joined Troutman Pepper Locke’s Real Estate Practice Group as a partner in the firm’s Boston office. He brings a national practice spanning more than 40 states.

Monger joins Troutman Pepper Locke from ArentFox Schiff, where he advised investment funds and REITs, private equity, commercial developers, Fortune 500 corporations, national retailers, and commercial lenders across the full spectrum of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, finance, and development.

Monger has represented a publicly traded industrial REIT in more than 200 property acquisitions nationwide, negotiated leases covering millions of square feet of office, retail, and industrial space, and advised both landlords and tenants across a wide range of asset classes. His experience also extends to the real estate components of corporate mergers and acquisitions, distressed loan workouts, and foreclosures. He has also completed over $1 billion in sale-leaseback transactions.
