Troutman Pepper Locke advised Havpak, a leading contract packaging and manufacturing company that produces a multitude of products primarily focused on the health care and beauty markets, in its sale to Mapaex Health and Personalcare, a third-generation family business that specializes in oral care, consumer products, health solutions, vitamins and supplements, and logistics.
