Troutman Pepper Locke Launches Financial Services Hub, a Single Destination for Industry Insights

If you work in compliance, legal, or business roles at a bank, lender, servicer, payment company, fintech, or digital asset firm, this change is for you. You may have followed our financial services blog posts and the Consumer Financial Services Law Monitor separately. Now you can follow all of Troutman Pepper Locke’s financial services content in one place.

Troutman Pepper Locke has launched the Financial Services Hub, unifying the Financial Services team‘s commentary on banking, consumer finance, payments, and digital assets. Every post, client alert, podcast episode, and video comes from attorneys and legal professionals who work on these issues for clients every day.

What the Financial Services Hub Includes

Troutman’s Financial Services Hub carries the firm’s financial services blog posts, alerts, and newsletters, along with five podcasts: The Consumer Finance Podcast, The Crypto Exchange, FCRA Focus, Moving the Metal: The Auto Finance Podcast, and Payments Pros. Content is organized by topic, so readers and listeners can go straight to the issues that matter to their business: banking and finance, consumer financial services, payments, auto finance, mortgage lending and servicing, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, servicing and collections, and digital assets and fintech.

The Hub is an evolution of Troutman’s Financial Services Blog and incorporates the Consumer Financial Services Law Monitor, new and previous alerts, and podcasts. This means a post on a CFPB rule and a post on a related state attorney general action now sit in the same place, alongside the alerts and podcast episodes covering the same issue.

Who Contributes to the Financial Services Hub

The Financial Services Hub’s content is produced by Troutman’s Financial Services team, one of the country’s deepest financial services benches with 400+ lawyers dedicated to the industry. The group represents banks, nonbank and consumer lenders, mortgage and auto finance companies, payment processors, fintechs, and digital asset businesses in transactions, regulatory matters, and litigation before the CFPB, FTC, OCC, FDIC, and state attorneys general. That depth allows the Hub to connect regulatory developments to their practical effect on transactions, compliance programs, litigation risk, and more.
