ATLANTA, CHICAGO, NEW YORK, RICHMOND – Troutman Pepper Locke’s Ravi Patel was selected as a member of the 2026 Fellows Program for LCLD, a nonprofit organization that supports networking, mentorship, and leader development programs for legal professionals. Additionally, Regina Jin, Chelsea MacArthur, Anna Parks Muecke, and Hannah Oswald have been named to LCLD’s Pathfinder Program. Both highly regarded programs recognize attorneys at different stages of their careers who demonstrate strong leadership potential, offering professional development and relationship-building opportunities.

According to the organization, LCLD Fellows have distinguished themselves within their firms by being deeply engaged, indispensable to key clients and teams, invested in attorney mentoring and professional development, and on a trajectory toward leadership positions. As a Fellow, Patelwill participate in training sessions and interact with key legal and business leaders of large U.S. corporations and managing partners from the country’s most prestigious law firms.

Patel is a partner in the firm’s Multifamily Housing Finance Practice Group. His practice focuses on counseling mortgage banking clients in the origination, sale, and servicing of loan transactions sold to secondary market investors, as well as other financial institutions and securitization program participants. Patel is a member of a national team of attorneys and dedicated real estate professionals who provide end-to-end guidance and management for thousands of transactions originated by mortgage lending clients every year.

LCLD notes that its Pathfinder Program provides high-potential, early-career attorneys with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession while gaining foundational leadership skills and relationship-building resources. Pathfinders receive training in critical career development strategies, including leadership skills and building professional networks.
