Troutman Pepper Partner Reappointed to ICDR Young & International Board

PHILADELPHIA – R. Zachary Torres-Fowler, a partner in Troutman Pepper’s nationally recognized Construction Practice Group, has been selected to serve as a member of The International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) Young & International (Y&I) Board. Torres-Fowler previously served on the board from 2020 through 2023.

Established in 2004, ICDR Y&I is a group for young arbitration practitioners, academics and government lawyers, to meet, exchange ideas, and learn from peers and more senior ADR practitioners. Y&I membership has grown to over 3,000 individuals from some 100 countries, and it has hosted numerous events throughout the world.

Torres-Fowler has a decade of experience advising clients in connection with construction-related disputes and specializes in complex domestic and international arbitration proceedings. He has counseled clients in connection with construction and infrastructure projects in the U.S., Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America, and has significant experience representing owners, contractors, and suppliers/subcontractors in connection with disputes involving power plants, airports, commercial buildings, and other civil infrastructure works.
