Finalists
Innovators – Troutman Pepper
Troutman Pepper is up for the Innovators award for being among the first large law firms to develop and launch a generative AI assistant, Athena. The firm’s Innovation and Information Technology teams are specifically recognized for their leadership in its deployment. Since its launch, the firm has experienced overwhelming success and adoption by over 1,000 users, representing more than 40% of attorneys and professional staff. More than 60% of Athena users have used it at least five times.
Dealmakers – Stephanie Pindyck Costantino
Partner Stephanie Pindyck Costantino is a finalist for the Dealmakers award for her incredible work with venture capital and private equity fund managers and related private investment funds over the last year. In the last 12 months, she assisted a private equity platform in establishing a new asset-backed securities arm, helped a fund close a multi-million-dollar permanent capital vehicle, and represented an investment firm in its first platform acquisition of a home services provider.
Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year – Robert Austin Jenkin II
Associate Rob Jenkin is a finalist for the Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year award for his representation of a group of current and former New Jersey elected officials who filed an amicus brief in a landmark case which eliminated New Jersey’s use of the “county line” primary election ballot system and resulted in fairer and more democratic primary elections across the state. He is also up for the recognition thanks to his pro bono work with Abigail House, New Jersey Legal Services, and the Mercer County Bar Association.
In-House Impact – Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Amneal’s legal department is up for the In-House Impact award for its ability to navigate complex legal landscapes and achieve significant milestones that have positively impacted both the company and the broader industry.
