Troutman Pepper’s Crystal Kelley Receives ILTA’s Young Professionals to Watch Award

ATLANTA – Crystal Kelley, Troutman Pepper’s IT User Support Manager, has been named among the International Legal Technology Association’s (ILTA’s) Young Professionals to Watch. The award, part of ILTA’s Distinguished Peer Awards, recognizes professionals under 40 in all segments of the ILTA community who inspire others, have demonstrated exceptional accomplishments to-date and, critically, show great promise for the future.

Following the merger that created Troutman Pepper in 2020, Kelley helped to lead the successful consolidation of two help desks. Her leadership skills were recognized in a recent podcast by ILTA for its Women Who Lead series.
