Troutman Pepper’s Private Equity and Emerging Company and Venture Capital Practices Held Strong in 2022 Industry League Table Rankings

NEW YORK – Troutman Pepper advised in more than 80 private equity-related transactions in 2022 with an overall deal value topping $9 billion. The firm’s Emerging Company and Venture Capital practice advised on more than 100 venture capital-related transactions in 2022.

While deal flow was down across industries, Troutman Pepper’s 2022 League Table rankings held strong compared to last year. The firm’s Startup and Early-Stage Entrepreneurial Development (SEED) Program, which combines the resources of an experienced, multidisciplinary team into an affordable package for startups, early-stage, and fast-growing companies, helped to generate notable venture capital-related activity and continues to attract a variety of new clients.
