I-95 South. Take exit onto I-295 toward Norfolk/Virginia Beach. Merge onto I-64 East, through the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel. Exit onto Route 264 East to Virginia Beach. Take exit 17B North (Independence Boulevard/Pembroke). Continue on Independence Boulevard and turn right at third stoplight onto Virginia Beach Boulevard. Turn right onto Central Park Avenue. The parking garage is open to all visitors.

U.S. Route 13, 58 or 460 to intersection I-664. Once on I-664, follow signs to I-264 East (Norfolk), through the downtown tunnel. Take exit 17B North (Independence Boulevard/Pembroke). Continue on Independence Boulevard and turn right at third stoplight onto Virginia Beach Boulevard. Turn right onto Central Park Avenue. The parking garage is open to all visitors.
