Abigail maintains a dynamic, split practice that enables her to provide holistic counsel to clients facing both complex litigation and sophisticated real estate and finance disputes. She represents companies in a wide range of business disputes and high-stakes class action litigation, with a particular focus on insurance companies, CMBS special servicers, and other corporations of all sizes.

Abigail has experience defending clients in class actions arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and a variety of consumer protection statutes. She regularly defends clients in actions involving alleged fraud, unfair business practices, and nationwide warranty claims. Abigail appears in state and federal courts across the U.S., handling matters from internal investigations through arbitration, trial, and appeal.

Drawing on her deep experience in complex commercial litigation, she not only litigates high-exposure matters but also partners with clients to develop robust consumer compliance programs designed to mitigate risk and prevent future litigation.

On the real estate and finance side, Abigail represents secured lenders and other financial market participants in disputes involving hotels, multifamily projects, retail centers, and office buildings. Her practice includes loan enforcement, receivership matters, and real estate-related litigation including lien priority and mechanics’ lien disputes.

Abigail is passionate about using her position of advocacy to advance justice and maintains a robust pro bono practice.
