Alexander is a member of the firm’s Affordable Housing and Community Development practice. He counsels nonprofit and for-profit multifamily industry participants in connection with their purchase, sale, development, financing, investment, and operational activities. Alexander has worked with Section 202, LIHPRHA, MAHRA, Post-Mark-to-Market, and all manner of Section 8 renewals and modifications. He also assists in the documentation and closing of multifamily mortgage financing for FHA lenders.
The Multifamily Housing Finance practice is known for its industry-leading knowledge and experience.
