Amy focuses her practice on representing lenders, borrowers, and investors in various financing transactions secured by real property, with a particular focus on senior housing facilities. She also represents purchasers and sellers in transactions involving hotels, marinas, office buildings, multifamily units, and other commercial projects. Amy’s extensive experience extends to public finance, transportation, health care, military housing, and hospitality transactions. Additionally, she has a substantial commercial leasing practice, advising both tenants and landlords in office, retail, industrial, and hotel spaces.
