Andrea has represented individuals and businesses for over two decades. She regularly litigates in state and federal courts across the country. She represents clients in the earliest stage of dispute resolution from consultation, pre-litigation advice, investigation, negotiation and mediation, all the way through trial.

Andrea’s practice focuses on business employment disputes, intra-business disputes, shareholder disputes, trade secret and non-compete agreement enforcement actions, as well as wage and hour class actions, real estate litigation, intellectual property disputes, and white collar criminal defense investigations.

Andrea brings her longevity of practice from the start of a matter through trial to guide clients toward favorable resolutions inside and outside of the courtroom. Her results speak to that range — among Andrea’s notable representations, she has overturned a $6 million federal court judgment, secured a $1 million pre-judgment security in a luxury real estate development dispute, and obtained full vindication at trial for an executive facing breach of fiduciary duty claims.
