Andrea’s practice focuses on business employment disputes, intra-business disputes, shareholder disputes, trade secret and non-compete agreement enforcement actions, as well as wage and hour class actions, real estate litigation, intellectual property disputes, and white collar criminal defense investigations.

Andrea brings her longevity of practice from the start of a matter through trial to guide clients toward favorable resolutions inside and outside of the courtroom. Her results speak to that range — among Andrea’s notable representations, she has overturned a $6 million federal court judgment, secured a $1 million pre-judgment security in a luxury real estate development dispute, and obtained full vindication at trial for an executive facing breach of fiduciary duty claims.
