Brad represents financial institutions and real estate development clients in structuring, documenting, and negotiating the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and financing of commercial real property. With more than 42 years of experience, he serves as primary outside counsel for numerous publicly traded real estate companies and financial institutions across the U.S. and internationally. Brad’s experience includes loan workouts and restructurings from the lender and borrower perspectives, as well as the acquisition and disposition of real estate-secured loan portfolios.

Brad’s clients include major national and state banking associations, life insurance companies, and federal savings banks. He serves as the primary counsel for foreign publicly traded companies and U.S. real estate investment trusts in significant transactions involving apartment complexes, office buildings, hotels, and warehouses. Brad has a deep understanding of real estate finance, development, and restructuring, which allows him to provide comprehensive legal solutions tailored to clients’ specific needs.
