Caleb also represents financial institutions and mortgage companies in bilateral and syndicated mortgage repurchase agreements and mortgage securities contracts that fit within Bankruptcy Code safe harbors for warehousing residential and commercial mortgage loans, and in credit agreements to finance mortgage servicing rights (MSRs) and servicing advances.
