In the health care sector, Carlos represents companies and individuals facing lawsuits and enforcement actions, appearing regularly in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. His consumer finance practice involves defending mortgage lenders and loan servicers against class actions and individual claims under federal statutes, such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. Additionally, Carlos handles wrongful foreclosure claims and state consumer protection statute cases.

As a native speaker in Spanish who grew up in Latin America, Carlos also takes a leading role in international disputes and arbitrations.
