Charlotte’s background includes a strong foundation in finance, having worked as an analyst at Goldman Sachs before pursuing a legal career. This combination of financial and legal experience enables her to offer comprehensive counsel on a wide array of corporate and transactional matters.

• Assisted in representing Novatae Risk Group, a full-service insurance brokerage, in its acquisition of Bretton Woods International.
• Assisted in representing Family Zone Cyber Safety Limited in its acquisition of Smoothwall for £75.5 million.
• Assisted in representing Close Brothers Asset Management in the acquisitions of IFA PMN Financial Management and Bottriell Adams LLP.
• Assisted in the representation of a leading talent advisory firm on the acquisitions of two UK recruitment businesses.
• Assisted in advising on Nightcap plc’s strategic acquisitions of the Adventure Bar Group, Barrio Bar Group, and Dirty Martini.
• Assisted in representing BSF Enterprise plc in its acquisition of 3D Bio-Tissues Limited, a reverse takeover, and facilitated the placing and admission of the enlarged share capital to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
• Assisted in representing Adriatic Metals plc in its $102 million equity fundraising through a placing with institutional investors, a conditional equity subscription, and a subsequent US$32 million placing.
