Dustin is an associate with extensive experience in patent litigation, serving as a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group. He has successfully represented clients in multiple forums, including district courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Dustin earned his J.D. from University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where he served as managing editor of IDEA: The Law Review of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property.
While attending law school, Dustin worked as an intellectual property co-op for a global automotive technology company, where he executed patent prosecution and new application drafting for both U.S. and international patents. He also served as a judicial extern for the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Dustin earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, which, along with his legal education, provides him with a unique perspective and strong technical background.
