Eleanor Hughes

Eleanor is an experienced real estate attorney who represents clients in a broad range of real estate investments. Her work includes representing regional, national, and international banks, debt funds, and nontraditional lenders in the origination, syndication, and modification of term, bridge, and construction mortgage and mezzanine loans, as well as workouts of distressed investments. Eleanor assists clients involved with financings across asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, retail, student housing, hospitality, and other commercial properties. She is experienced in intercreditor and co-lender arrangements, as well as repurchase and warehouse credit facility platforms.
