Emily is a patent attorney who focuses her practice on all aspects of intellectual property, helping clients to patent their inventions, perform IP due diligence, and enforce their own and defend against others' patent rights. She also routinely helps clients negotiate a variety of agreements, with a focus on those with important IP-related considerations.
Before becoming an attorney, Emily worked as an engineer in the power generation industry, where she worked at companies that employed as few as two dozen employees to Fortune 500 companies. Her experiences at companies big and small enables her to provide unique insights to clients as she supports her clients' core businesses.
An active firm citizen, Emily regularly assists in the recruitment and mentorship of summer associates in the Philadelphia office.
