Troutman Pepper Acts as Lead Corporate Counsel to Marsh McLennan Agency in $7.75 Billion Acquisition of McGriff Insurance Services

Troutman Pepper client Marsh McLennan, a global leader in risk, strategy and people, recently announced that it has reached an agreement through its Marsh McLennan Agency business to acquire McGriff Insurance Services, LLC, an affiliate of TIH, for $7.75 billion.
