Gil focuses his practice on venture capital, private equity transactions mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and general corporate matters. His clients range from private equity firms and international banks to startups and established companies in various industries, including artificial intelligence, health care, technology, and aerospace.

Gil has extensive experience representing emerging companies in the life sciences, health care services, and technology industries in general corporate matters. He represents domestic and foreign private companies and private equity funds in merger and acquisition transactions. Gil also represents private equity funds and emerging companies in venture capital, growth equity, and debt financing transactions.

• Advised in the $29 million sale of a Florida-based aeronautical weapons company to a private equity firm.
• Represented Lime Rock New Energy in leading a $45 million growth equity financing for Aperia Technologies, Inc.
• Represented Rapid Genomics, a provider of next-generation sequencing kits, in its sale to LGC Biosearch Technologies.
• Advised an Oregon hospital in a merger with a hospital group for $300 million.
