Gina is a partner in the Chicago office, advising clients on complex real estate transactions across the United States. With extensive experience representing institutional investors, lenders, and property owners, Gina counsels clients through every state of the real estate lifecycle — from acquisition and financing to disposition.

Gina regularly leads multijurisdictional transactions involving office, industrial, multifamily, retail, mixed-use, hospitality, and specialized asset classes. Her practice includes negotiating and structuring loan documents and purchase and sale agreements. Known for a practical, business-focused approach, Gina works closely with clients to manage risk, address issues, and keep transactions moving efficiently toward closing.

In addition to transactional work, Gina collaborates with the firm’s tax, environmental, bankruptcy, and corporate teams to deliver integrated solutions on complex deals nationwide. Clients value Gina’s ability to balance legal precision with commercial realities in fast-moving, high-value transactions.
