Hannah is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation and Securities Litigation practices. She focuses her practice on general and complex litigation matters such as corporate governance. Hannah received her law degree from Emory University School of Law, where she was the executive managing editor of the Emory Law Journal. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas.

Hannah gained valuable experience during her time as Chief Judge Juliette Scales’ legal intern at the Fulton County Juvenile Court before working as a legal extern at GreenSky Inc. (which was acquired by the Goldman Sachs Group Inc), ensuring compliance with state and federal consumer protection laws.

  • Representing buyer-company challenging merger transaction and alleging breach of contract.
  • Representing an electric vehicle manufacturer that went public through a merger with a SPAC in a securities class action litigation in the Central District of California and in a related class action case in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
  • Represented special committee of board of directors of service provider in independent investigation in response to business dispute. 
  • Secured favorable outcome in appraisal action initiated by dissenting shareholders of manufacturing company in Georgia state court.
