Hannah focuses her practice on complex litigation and arbitration, representing clients in matters involving breach of contract, loss-sensitive insurance programs, and reinsurance treaty disputes. Her experience includes research, discovery management, depositions, drafting dispositive and nondispositive motions, amicus briefs, hearings, pre-trial, trial, post-trial, and appeals. Hannah also develops theories and strategies for class actions, private litigation, and enforcement actions by federal and state agencies related to data collection, use, sharing, and protection.

  • Regularly represents reinsurance companies in disputes regarding reinsurance treaty issues.
  • Lead associate in several complex arbitrations involving $100 million disputes for reinsurer over long-term care insurance policies.
  • Represented a national service organization at trial concerning disputes related to breach of contract and fraud.
  • Assisted in obtaining a $3.6 million arbitration award for a national insurance company related to workers’ compensation policy disputes.
  • Assisted in obtaining summary judgment in favor of a trade association dismissing claims related to defamation and commercial disparagement.
