Helen advises clients as they navigate the complex and ever-changing financial and banking landscape. She represents national banks, trustees, and mortgage servicing firms in state and federal courts in a variety of matters, including in cases involving alleged violations of state and federal consumer protection laws (TDCA, DTPA, FDCPA, FCRA, and RESPA) and financial regulatory laws.
