Overview

Helena is an associate in the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Practice Group and has experience representing a wide range of clients across a variety of matters in state and federal courts. She focuses her practice on financial services, general commercial, and consumer litigation for financial services institutions and consumer lending companies.

In addition to her work in consumer financial services litigation and compliance, Helena has experience in products liability defense and complex tort litigation, including handling motion practice, taking depositions, preparing expert witnesses, analyzing contracts in complex, multiparty matters, and examining witnesses in a multimillion-dollar jury trial.
