He was co-head of the Integration Management Office for the Troutman Pepper and Locke Lord merger, was a founding practice director in the firm’s practice management function, and oversaw the operational aspects of the firm’s strategic withdrawal from China.

Henry received his J.D. from William & Mary Law School and his B.A. from the University of the South (Sewanee). He is an active member of the Virginia State Bar and has served on multiple nonprofit boards in Virginia, including for Trinity Episcopal School, St. Michael’s Episcopal School, and Stuart Hall and its foundation.
