Henry focuses his practice on real estate transactions and related work including the leasing, financing, development, and disposition of retail and commercial properties.
Henry represents lenders in the origination and sale of loans under Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and private mortgage conduit multifamily and commercial programs. He also represents lenders in the origination of multifamily affordable housing loans funded through the issuance of fixed rate and variable rate tax-exempt bonds under various Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily bond credit enhancement programs.
Henry is the managing partner of the Washington, D.C. office and serves on the Policy Committee.
