Jani’s practice involves a variety of commercial real estate transactions across the U.S. She represents institutional investors and developers in multifamily, industrial, office, mixed-use, and retail transactions, and she assists clients in the acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of those assets.
Jani’s broad range of experience encompasses assisting clients in connection with their legal needs in connection with the acquisition and development of commercial properties, office and retail leasing, and a broad range of financing transactions. This includes equity restructuring, permanent and construction financing, mezzanine financing, and preferred equity transactions.
