Jeff is a first chair litigator who litigates complex commercial disputes and provides comprehensive risk mitigation counseling to clients across a range of sectors. He is experienced with matters involving mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, fiduciary duties, commercial real estate transactions, franchise and distribution systems, restrictive covenants, and other sophisticated contractual issues. 

Jeff’s practice also extends into the realm of insurance law, where he provides counsel and litigates statutory and common law bad faith claims. His experience encompasses both first-party and third-party insurance disputes, where he has successfully guided clients through the complexities of insurance litigation, ensuring their rights are protected and claims are effectively addressed.

While Jeff regularly appears before state and federal courts throughout the U.S. and in arbitrations, he also keenly focuses on early dispute resolution. • Represents a national commercial real estate developer in partnership disputes.
• Advises commercial landlords and tenants in sophisticated lease disputes.
• Represent global franchisors in a variety of disputes involving franchise agreements and franchise system standards violations.
• Advised a large petroleum marketing company in dealer termination and petroleum marketing practices act disputes.
• Represents a national bank and mortgage bank in contract disputes.
