Representative Matters

Jennifer has handled a wide variety of litigation matters. She has represented loan originators, investors, and servicers in federal and state cases involving mortgage servicing disputes; an automobile manufacturer in products liability matters in Texas and California; major law firms in legal malpractice matters; film financers and studio executives in breach of contract matters; and insurance companies in bad faith insurance claim denials. Jennifer currently represents financial institutions and debt servicers in consumer financial services litigation in matters centered on the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the California Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies Act, and the Investigative Consumer Reporting Agencies Act.

Jennifer also volunteers with the Samaritan Inn and acts as the board liaison for the Samaritan Inn Board of Directors.

  • Second-chaired a trial regarding breach of employment contract and fraud on behalf of a studio executive, winning a substantial jury verdict.
