Jed is an associate in the firm’s Consumer Financial Services practice. Jed’s practice focuses on civil litigation defense including premises liability, insurance coverage, wrongful death claims, contractual interpretation, and tortious interference with business relations. He has extensive first chair trial experience that includes more than 100 bench trials, 25 arbitration hearings, and 15 jury trials. Jed has performed substantial motions practice, including obtaining summary judgment, defending corporate clients in interactions with governmental entities and representing insurers and policy holders in coverage disputes. He also advises clients on a wide range of legal matters including commercial code violations, subpoena obligations, and business defamation.
