He leverages his significant background in defending government investigations and securities law to provide straightforward commercial solutions to complex issues.
Jonathan is an associate in the firm's Consumer Financial Services Practice Group. He has experience in litigation, securities enforcement defense, white collar, and regulatory matters. Jonathan has represented major financial institutions, multinational corporations, corporate boards, and individuals in investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, self-regulatory organizations, and state authorities.
Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Jonathan was a government investigations, white collar, and regulatory associate at an international New York City-based law firm. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Hofstra University's Maurice A. Deane School of Law where he was the editor-in-chief of the Hofstra Law Review.
