Representative Matters

Joshua is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development, as well as corporate business transactions. Joshua graduated from Temple Beasley School of Law, where he was a member of the Latin American Law Students Association and the Women’s Law Caucus.

Prior to attending law school, Joshua received his bachelor’s degree in English literature and Japanese from Florida State University.

  • Assisted with the disposition of a $47.5 million built-to-suit distribution center.
  • Assisted with the disposition of a $36.3 million office building.
