Katie is a commercial litigator who focuses her practice on complex business and financial services disputes. She represents mortgage servicers, banks, insurers, investment and real estate companies, and other service providers in high-stakes litigation involving breach of contract, business torts, RICO and False Claims Act allegations, class actions, and insurance and real estate-related claims. Katie is frequently engaged to defend clients in matters arising out of failed transactions, foreclosure and guaranty enforcement, warranty and service agreements, and alleged fraud, as well as to manage subpoena and third‑party discovery in large, multiparty cases and MDLs.

Katie has experience at every stage of litigation in state and federal courts, including dispositive motion practice, complex discovery, arbitration enforcement, and pretrial and trial preparation. She handles fact‑intensive matters efficiently, coordinates with joint defense groups, and positions cases for favorable resolution on the eve of trial when appropriate.
