Kayla D. Weldon

Kayla represents lenders and borrowers in all aspects of financing transactions. Her work includes structuring, documenting, negotiating, and amending term and revolving credit facilities, syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans, acquisition financing, and other complex deals. Kayla advises public, privately held, and emerging companies across a range of industry sectors, including banking and private equity.

Additionally, Kayla counsels leading financial institutions, nonbank lenders, publicly traded companies, and real estate developers and investors on commercial real estate transactions and investments. She was a summer associate with the firm in 2019. While at the firm, Kayla was seconded to a leading commercial and investment bank client, where she worked on a variety of commercial lending and real estate finance matters.
