Keith L. Willingham

Keith is an experienced paralegal providing case support to the firm’s Regulatory Investigations, Strategy + Enforcement (RISE) Practice Group. This includes managing filings with offices of state attorneys general as well as tobacco compliance matters for the FDA.

Keith is also instrumental in dealing with financial services matters such as structured settlement litigation and executing corporate business filings with the Virginia State Corporation Commission and the Virginia Secretary of the Commonwealth.

Other experience includes managing case dockets, the creation and implementation of litigation tracking databases for practice groups, and the creation of Sarbanes Oxley reporting protocols regarding service of process.
