Kevin joined the firm in 2001 and is responsible for the firm's technology infrastructure, enterprise software development and implementation, business process automation, and database administration. Working with the CIO, technology and information services directors, and business segment leaders, Kevin helps establish the firm's technology strategy while employing a coaching leadership style and incorporating a passion for effective use of technology and staff development. Kevin believes that the effective use of current technologies coupled with entity-specific data analytics can help propel business efficiency and support profitable growth.
Serving in a number of leadership and strategic positions, Kevin has handled custom application design and workflow automation (utilizing agile techniques), funding justification, development cycle scoping, and coding, as well as providing hardware and software support for a variety of entities, ranging from $30 million home services companies to multinational logistics and professional services companies.
