Lauren advises developer and institutional clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and asset management. Her experience includes build-to-suit transactions; acquisition and disposition of large office portfolios; and development of multifamily residential, hotel, retail, and mixed-use projects.

• Represented the landlord in the leasing and management of office parks in North Carolina and Tennessee totaling more than 3 million rentable square feet.
• Represented a local developer in the corporate park portfolio sale of 33 office building, retail, and resort properties for more than $1.2 billion.
• Represented a real estate developer in connection with the lease of a 745,000-rentable-square-foot build-to-suit office tower.
• Represented a local real estate investment company in connection with the acquisition and development of a regional headquarters office campus in northwest Charlotte, NC.
• Represented landlords and tenants in various retail, office, and industrial leasing transactions throughout the eastern U.S.
